Lead and event files are configured to live outside the public webroot when the server provides private storage. Public deny rules are kept as a backup only. We do not sell website demo request data. If a webhook or email provider is configured, submitted lead details may be sent to that provider solely to support the sales follow-up workflow.

If third-party scheduling, analytics, or chat tools are added later, they should be reviewed and disclosed here.
